All our services are by appointment only. This gives us the opportunity to provide you with the personalized experience you deserve. We connect with you ahead of your appointment to learn more about your wedding plans and personal style so we can have a hand-selected assortment of gowns ready when you arrive.
We recommend that you start shopping for THE dress at least 9-12 months before your big day. Keep in mind that retailers have no foresight or control over production and delivery, so it’s best to choose your gown as early as possible.

In our experience, we recommend no more than two people, plus the bride. Our seating capacity is six people per party, but you can upgrade your appointment experience to allow for more guests.

We require that you make alternate arrangements for your kiddos during your wedding dress appointment to accommodate the delicate nature of our products and the serenity of our boutique setting.
No, children twelve years of age and under are not allowed in the alterations studio due to liability issues.

We place your special order immediately to ensure there is no delay in getting your dress. While the average timeline for a dress to arrive is 6 months, lead times have been extended due to delays in the supply chain. Plan for 6-8 months of production time for your gown. Rush shipping may be available for an additional charge. Or if you find the wedding dress you’ve been dreaming of during your appointment, you can take it home with you that same day.
Worried about your wedding gown’s fit upon arrival? Banish those fears because we’ve got you covered. All brides who purchase their wedding dresses with us have the option of booking an appointment with one of our exclusive alterations specialists.
Great news! All of our showroom gowns are available for purchase and may be taken with you the day that very same day. With our custom alterations department, we can also have you fitted and walking down the aisle with plenty of time to spare.
Your tux or suit should be ordered with as much lead time as possible.Whether you rent or buy, supply chain issues affect menswear too!
We suggest you and your partner meet with us first to make style and color decisions and then we’ll take it from there!
For rentals, minor adjustments can be made before the garment leaves the store. For purchase, we offer a full alterations department for the perfect fit.

The Bridal Gallery accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Full payment is due at the time of purchase; however, we do have a flexible payment plan that we can build to meet your individual needs. Speak with one of our consultants to learn more.
You should expect to pay between $1300–$1800, on average. Our gowns range from less than $599 to $2800, so we can find something to fit your budget. We also offer a great bridal outlet department where gowns are all priced under $1000.
All sales are final, both stock purchases and special orders. When you order your gown, production starts immediately. Any form of deposit is a binding contract in agreement to pay the entire balance due.
Many of our clients ask to tip their stylists for excellent service received. You will have the opportunity when you are purchasing your gown should you choose to include a tip. Tips go directly to the stylists and while they are never required, it’s a great way to show your appreciation!
We follow all state and local regulations. Currently, masks are optional for our clients.
